An avalanche eats the world behind you. You outrun it downhill, or you don't. This project pivoted twice: Cop Run became Star Hopper became a backpack-collection concept.

One Engine, Three Games

84 files, 55,126 lines. RaceService, CheckpointService, SeasonPassService. Receipt-processed monetization with committed product IDs. A remote-abuse test harness to attack my own endpoints. Mobile-responsive UI config so the phone version isn't an afterthought.

The Honest Lesson

Pivots preserve systems. Three concepts shared one engine, and the monetization survived all three. Themes are cheap to swap when the plumbing holds. The plumbing is the game.
